Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with Vancouver City Tours, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Guest”) and Vancouver City Tours (“the Company”). By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings confirmed only upon written confirmation from us.
  • A deposit may be required for tours of 6 hours or more.
  • Full payment is due 48 hours prior to tour departure.
  • Confirmation sent via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • 72+ hrs: Full refund of all amounts paid.
  • 48–72 hrs: Full refund minus non-recoverable 3rd-party costs.
  • 24–48 hrs: 50% refund of tour price only.
  • Under 24 hrs / No-show: No refund issued.

3. Changes & Modifications

  • Itineraries may change due to weather, road, or attraction conditions.
  • We may substitute equal-value attractions without prior notice.
  • Guest-requested changes subject to availability and extra charges.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD), taxes included.
  • Ticket prices subject to change by respective attractions.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal & Interac e-Transfer.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Be at the pickup location on time. Late arrivals may be forfeited.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs at booking.
  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal — no refund.

6–8. Liability, Weather & Media

  • Liability: Max liability equals the tour price paid.
  • Weather & Force Majeure: Disruptions → rescheduling or credit offered.
  • Photography: Notify your guide at tour start if you object to photos.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of BC courts.
